Agile Project Development

AYDUO Electronics adopts agile development style. Companies which adopts waterfall design, usually waits untill the requirements are mostly defined. This brings the burden of preliminary design, even critical design phase to the project owner. Furthermore, the subcontractor usually does not permits the changes in the requirements. Therefore the owner needs to define all the critical details at the first stage of the process.

As for agile development cycle, the design phases are nested such that, all the stages starts from the beginning and can be revisited to update the project throughout the whole process. Furthermore, the subcontractor takes the burden of preliminary designs, and requirement definition. The subcontractor leads the project owner throughout the process to improve the use cases. Agile development style is more appropriate for research and development projects.
